1. Which are, in general, the costs for data recovery?

3. Is there the possibility to have the data recovered in conditions of emergency?
We recover data in conditions of emergency for an additional FEE. The recovery process will begin in maximum 3 hours upon receiving the hard drive.

4. I live in Sibiu, Braşov, Oradea, Timişoara, Cluj...and I want to have my data recovered from a defective hard drive. What do I do?
You can ship us the hard drive via courier service. It is mandatory that you pack it as best you can so as to avoid the risk of damage during transport.

4. The hard drive has its electrics burnt; how long will it take to recover the data and what are the odds for the recovery?
The odds for data recovery in case of mechanical defects are of 90% and the recovery duration may vary between 1 day and 2-3 weeks.

5. I have a hard drive with a mechanical defect and I only want to recover one file from it. Will the costs be smaller?
The costs of the recovery in case of mechanical defects will be unchanged regardless of the quantity of data to be recovered.

6. . I no longer see one of the partitions of the hard drive; can the data still be recovered?
Usually, in such situations, all the data existing on that partition can be recovered.

7. I reinstalled Windows and, by mistake, I did it using partition D: where I had all the data. Can anything be recovered in this case?
Certain data can definitely be recovered, but the percentage of the recovery may vary depending on the way the formatting was performed and on the quantity of data that was written on the hard drive after Windows was installed.
